There is an additional fee of $9.95 for this expedited service.

  2. Is this the right course?

If you received a traffic ticket in Florida, take the 4 Hour Florida Online Traffic School Course (also known as Basic Driver Improvement) at Lowest Price Traffic School to avoid points on your driving record.

If you have been ordered by the court to take a 4-hour basic driver improvement course (BDI), the 4 Hour Court-Ordered Traffic School Course will fulfill your obligation.

If you are charged with exceeding the posted speed limit by more than 30 mph, you are not eligible to take this course per statute 318.14(9). Holders of Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL) are not eligible to take this course per statute 318.14. Not Eligible for Traffic School? Click here.

  3. After the course, how do I get my points taken off?

We recommend you send your certificate of course completion to the county as proof that you completed the course. Presenting the certificate to the county by the deadline they provide will block the points from your license.

Please check with the Clerk of Court where you received your citation for specific election, course completion time frame, and certificate presentation information.

  4. How long do I have to take the course after I have registered?

You would want to notify the applicable county within 30 days of receipt of the ticket that you are taking the course and pay them the appropriate traffic ticket fee. Then, they will give you additional time to complete the course, obtain the certificate of completion, and present the certificate to them. Be sure to keep a copy of the ticket, as you will need to reference it. We recommend you contact the county where you received the citation to confirm your specific course election information. You may visit the Florida Clerk of Court Directory to find the contact information for the county you need.

  5. Is this the cheapest price?

LowestPriceTrafficSchool.com is committed to providing you with the lowest price defensive driving school in the industry. Many offline and online traffic schools advertise themselves as a low price defensive driving school, but eventually you learn that this price only applies to specific areas of the country, far from where you received your traffic ticket!

If you find an approved online traffic school serving your location that is providing a price that is lower than ours within 30 days of purchasing our course, simply send us a hard copy by mail of the advertised price and we will refund the difference. If a driver education competitor has restrictions on a lower price, we reserve the right to apply those same restrictions. Our guarantee does not apply to typographical errors, mail-in rebate offers, bonus or free offers, or when a service commitment is included in the transaction. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change without notice.
